The Merchant Support Officer will help merchant clients through Merchant Acquisition and will be responsible for supporting them, as well as in daily operational issues relating to transactions and processing.
The role also involves supporting merchants in the boarding process with banks or partner and payment options by coordinating the collection and review of relevant documents throughout the process.
Following up on merchant issues (via e-mail) tracking and support technicians (where applicable) in line with service-level agreements until resolved.
Providing an excellent level of merchant support at all times and assistance in diagnosing live issues.
Providing any report & analysis data
Communicating technical information to non-technical customers.
Participating as required in the development, maintenance of procedures, systems and processes to support the effective delivery of operational activities.
Min. Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or any related major
Fluent in English both written & spoken
candidates with organized, meticulous, and highly motivated personality is preferable
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient on Computer Literacy Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Related Experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and assist team members.
Ability to interpret data accurately & in a timely manner
Good organizational and documentation skills are must
