Job Descriptions :

Help the Building Maintenance and Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, improvement and supervision of facility conditions, building facilities and infrastructure especially in the civil field. Including design, specifications, costs, and supervision of the implementation of work in the field
Make a work planning and building maintenance and development budget
Supervise the work of the contractor or subcontractor in carrying out work request or fitting out in the field
Make a monthly report

Job Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years of working experience as Civil Coordinator in office building/mall/high rise building
Able to read technical drawings
Able to make building plans
Computer literacy (Ms. Office, AutoCAD and another program related).
Willing to be placed in ITC Kuningan, South Jakarta
