Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related

Installing & configuring computer hardware & system (or software)
Network setting (Distribution, LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP, Network security, Firewall Technologies, Mikrotik, Remote Desktop, etc.)
Google Suite Administrator
Printer & Scanner
Research & Development (personal growth)
Technical Support
Database
Website Management
Visual Basic.NET, Visual Basic, MySQL, PHP, Access, Linux, Infrastructure Management
Adaptable to changes
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Good Communication Skills with Team Member, 3rd party vendors, and Customer
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
Strong analytical skills to see the bigger picture of a problem and device a solution / system to solve the problem.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Hardware maintenance, including but not limited to hardware repair, replacement and preventive maintenance
Software maintenance, installation, re-installation, update, upgrade, and/or removal of any OS and or applications defined by the department head
Network distribution, maintenance, update and upgrade
Google Suite administrator (manage new account request, troubleshoot, suspension and/or removal)
System and Website Maintenance
Website management, push content update, and user troubleshoot.
Problem analyzing, looking at the bigger picture of a problem, and device a solution / system to solve the problem
Maintain continuous personal growth (skills, attitude, mindset, etc.)
Communicate updates to users and conduct trainings to users regarding the updates
Administrative works (Routine reports, documentation, files and folders uploads via Google Drive, etc.)
Technical documentations of hardware/software additions or changes
