SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, JAKARTA

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Provides personalized guest services at Horizon Club such as check-ins and check-outs, secretarial work, mail and information, Airline reservation/confirmation, food and beverage service.

REQUIREMENTS:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Diploma in Hospitality management
Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand

Knowledgable of Opera system would be an advantage
Ability to work independently, and a team player as well
Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels
Pleasant and charming personality
Knowledge of computers and mobile application
Flexible and able to work extended hours when required
