Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the shopper marketing & sales team with administrative tasks in relation to advertising and promotional spend, sample ordering, product packing, and logistics management
  • Compiling and distributing correspondence memos, letters, and forms, POP, GWP, etc
  • Assisting Marketing Team in any promotional activities
  • Collect and organize invoice from supplier and coordinate with Account payable department to complete the payment process
  • Organize and schedule meeting and appointments

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administration, Sales Admin in retail industry would be a plus
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
  • Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.

Technical competency required:

MS Office 2010 or above
