Develop digital media campaigns aligned with brand campaign to achieve the company goals
Coordinate the creation of digital media content organic
Manage end to end digital projects
Managing budget placement
Liaise with Brand, Creative, and Multimedia teams to ensure brand consistency
Suggest and implement both direct marketing and paid
Create analysis & report of traffic and KPIs
Able to create weekly competitor analysis
Stay up-to-date with digital media environments

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
Have minimum 2+ years of experience in Marketing/Brand/Marketing Communication
An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
Have knowledge of Google analytics & paid social media (youtube, facebook, instagram, & twitter)
Familiar with paid marketing dashboard
In-depth knowledge of digital media landscape
Team-working skills
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal both in Bahasa and English
Good time management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Create analysis and report
Able to create weekly competitor analysis
