What Will You Do:

  • Create and execute the plan for new stores launch and fleet hiring
  • Manage and track fleet performance to meet department goals
  • Address and resolve all issues concerning field operations
  • Act as a middle manager for the field operations excellence team
  • Collaborate with functional units of the organization to integrate new or existing services
  • Create and oversee the implementation of field tools to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Support other departments for matters related to fleet and field operations.

What Will You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a similar field
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics or last-mile operations would be preferred
  • Strong leadership and time management qualities
  • A data driven person and proficient in doing data analysis
  • Highly organized and able to work within a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong ability in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet
  • Familiar with Tableau, SAP, Redash, or similar tools
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa
