Responsible for the process testing and related activities including collect or pick up sample(s), sending sample(s) to sub-con lab, monitoring process lab, convert report(s), sending soft copy and hard copy report(s).
Bring company awareness and corporate image to new client(s), prospects and partners as telesales.
Collaborate with sales teams in new product and market development; participate actively in marketing programs and customer focused events.
Qualifications
Key Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of customer services experience and with basic computer skills incl. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good written and spoken English, and good communication skills in reporting and presentation
Experience and knowledge in testing, inspection and certification industry would be an added advantage
Meticulous and proactive individual who possesses abilities in planning, following up, organising and administrative skills.
