The Business Development Strategy team is a established team responsible for exploring opportunities to grow Grab Businesses through partnership. We make an impact by collaborating with various verticals across Grab to deliver strategic partnerships. Our team is made up of a diverse and close-knit team, with backgrounds ranging from banking, consultants, and ecommerce industry.

We are looking for a Data Analyst to handle Business Development data needs to track partnership performance and unlock business opportunities. We believe a successful candidate has experience in Data Analytics role with strong foundation in using SQL/Presto, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way.
The Day-to-Day Activities
Responsible for leading and executing ways to use data, to measure and analyze business opportunities and performance for Business Development (BD) team
Partner with management and operational teams to deep dive on core issues and use our data to find answers.
Provide analytical support on strategic partnerships and projects, using big data to tackle the toughest challenges for the business.
Design reports and performance measurement dashboards supporting BD strategic operational projects
Lead business automation projects to streamline manual processes and automate reporting
Campaign Analysis, reviewing overall promo / loyalty related to BD projects to be more effective and efficient
The Must-Haves
You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
Bachelor degree in Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL/Presto and data visualisation using tools like Tableau and Power BI
Proficient in calculation spreadsheet (Excel, Google Spreadsheet)
Having 1-2 years experience in Data / Business / Sales Analysis is a plus
Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing and ambiguous environment
