  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process at Tokopedia, specifically for the Technology directorate.
  • Screening CVs from several platforms, hiring employees, and process hiring-related paperwork.
  • Select qualified job applicants or refer them to users, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
  • Providing information to users about the candidates by telephone, email, or in person.
  • Identifying and collaborating with recruitment channels as well as relying on good networking to provide the best-fit candidate.
  • Working closely with People Partner to ensure all the employees experience delivered smoothly.
  • Manage all the initiative hiring for the Technology directorate in Jogjakarta and Surabaya office.
  • Handle all the administrative things related to Jogjakarta and Surabaya office needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Having experience minimum of 1-2 years experience in recruitment and 2+ years working as an HR Generalist.
  • Have a good knowledge of recruitment techniques & processes, HR business partnering, and any HR-related matters.
  • Willing to work under 6 months contract.
  • Have good knowledge of talent market especially for Technology directorate in Jogjakarta and Surabaya (Networking).
  • Have good knowledge in interviewing skills & assessment skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication in English & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and result oriented.
  • Have analysis ability, dynamic, creative, tough & fast learner.
