Job Description

Location: Indonesia Department: Commercial Location: Indonesia Job Description Account Management
1. Relationship building with brands and suppliers for category products and negotiations with suppliers
2. Sharing your current take of brand positioning
3. Delivering comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insight to encapsulate our individuality in our offering
4. Prices, plans and arranges merchandise for display.
5. Drives sales and profitability through proper merchandising and overall presentation of specific category ownership
6. Prepare for and implement seasonal/monthly campaigns and initiatives
7. Identifies ways to drive sales generation through business analysis; ensures action is taken to maximize sales potential

Project Manager:
1.Build, manage and strengthen relationships with leading sellers, while abiding by Lazada’s policies and guidelines for procurement processes;
2.Cultivate relationships with large offline sellers to boost range and availability; prepare them for the onboarding process where possible;
3. Identify assortment gaps and introduce solutions to support customer needs;
4. Rally sellers around campaigns and promotional events, and secure advertising spend;
5. Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure a reliable and operationally effective flow of goods to our fulfillment centres;

Brand Builder
1. Develop strong brand partnerships and be the internal go-to person for all brand-related matters;
2. Maintain supplier scorecards to optimize category performance
3. Initiate cross-functional team collaborations to create systems and processes that support category needs; Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Management, Fashion Marketing or relevant fields of study;
- At least 2 years experience in e-commerce, fashion retail, business development, buying or project management roles, ideally in a multinational retail set- up;
  • Able to leverage data points and market analysis to form actionable insights and recommendations;
