Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Full life-cycle project management for service aspects of all projects and programs,
2. Design and implement service improvement processes jointly with relevant business units,
3. Analyze data relating to quality improvement, customer feedback and work with relevant business units to improve service quality,
4. Perform root cause analysis and recommend changes/enhancement for continuous improvement,
5. Align internal service standards with industry benchmarks,
6. Keeping other units informed of changes to business processes & services,

8. Proactively seeking out and helping to initiate service improvement projects.
