What you'll be doing?

    • Collect & re-touch raw images produced by our photographers using an image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
    • Manipulate, crop & color correct photos to achieve the best quality optimized for mobile & web viewing outlined by HappyFresh
    • Follow the documented processes for retrieving, editing & uploading product images
    • Manage expectations on delivery through clear communication & timely updates
    • Liaise with other members from the same team for on-going & upcoming tasks
    • Provide a good level of customer service to internal stakeholders from cross-functional teams, follow up on any possible discrepancies in a timely manner
    • Give regular updates to the Digital Imaging Lead regarding the workload to ensure a smooth delivery of targets

Who are we looking for?

    • Currently pursuing or recently finished a Bachelor/Master degree in Graphic Design, Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, or from a related field
    • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the photo retouch, e-commerce, photography, or creative industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
    • Fluency in English is a strong plus
    • Extensive knowledge of image editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Lightroom)
    • Ability to handle multiple product categories, meet tight deadlines & work in a fast-paced environment
    • Comfortable working autonomously & in collaboration with others
    • Adequate knowledge of grocery products in the market
