We are looking for a Contract Management and Procurement Excellence Manager, to join our Logistics and Services (L&S) team to drive transformation and build foundation for a state-of-the-art Procurement function in Indonesia & Philippines Area

Key responsibilities
Drive procurement transformation projects
Execution of the Global, Regional and Area standardization and transformation project
Promote the constant improvement mindset to maximize procurement processes synergies and implementation of global standards across procurement cycle
Drive Business performance management
Drive Procurement Digitization Agenda in the Area
Focal point for Area SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) and support Procurement Managers to develop, customize and implement program
Drive Contract Management through Area Procurement Managers/Sourcing Project Leads and be accountable for Compliance dashboard in Indonesia and Phillipines
Coordinate capability building & People Onboarding
Provide guidance and support to Area Procurement Managers in onboarding new colleagues and in capability building
We’re looking for :
6 to 10 years of relevant experience in end to end procurement processes, ideally from the Logistics Industry
Strong ability to navigate in matrix and complex environment, comfortable working with ambiguous situation
Flair for change management and driving unconventional projects & initiatives
Good analytical and training skills
Effective interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Result-oriented, strong sense of continuous performance improvement
Excellent English Communication, written and verbal
