Panagora Group, a woman-owned small business providing novel and integrated solutions in global health and international development, is supporting USAID/Indonesia to implement its new Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) through a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Platform (MEL-P) Activity. MEL-P provides its services through five components: 1) monitoring support services, 2) designing and conducting performance and impact evaluations, 3) providing research, assessment, and data analysis, 4) providing consulting and advisory services and logistical support services, and 5) initiating collaboration, learning, and adapting activities. Along with enhancing MEL capability, we also promote use of the empirical evidence for programming, learning and adapting as USAID support the Government of Indonesia (GOI).
Scope of Work
Indonesia MEL-P is helping USAID/Indonesia’s Health Office to recruit a consultant, who will work hand in hand, coordinating efforts among the Ministry for Economic Affair, the Ministry of Health, and USAID to assist in developing reports and informative assessment for vaccine roll out in Indonesia. He/she will liaise and coordinating efforts with relevant stakeholders to develop the reports:
Monitor and track correspondence as required in approved databases to ensure that all assigned requirements are met.
Review alignment with procedural instructions, grammar, typographical errors, accuracy, and necessary attachments for related reports.
Prepare informative materials and report to support the Ministry of Communications and Informative Technology and the Ministry of Health.
Retrieve information for building presentations to related ministries in supporting vaccination programs
Coordinate efforts with relevant stakeholders to build reports and assessments in the public health industry.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Media Communication
Five years of progressive experience in writing and research (in Bahasa Indonesia) in the fields of both health and non-health issues.
Experience in the field of health and non-health issues report analysis.
Experience in working closely with the government, non-governmental organization, particularly on the field of public affairs or communication would be preferable.
Experience in health and non-health research, editing journals, or any periodical publication would be an asset.
Having adequate English skills, both written and verbal; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
Preferably have extensive knowledge in collaboration, learning, and adapting concepts for development projects
Excellent report writing and notetaking skills.
