Responsibilities
- Translate Figma mockups and design specifications into clean, maintainable Laravel Blade templates.
- Implement responsive, mobile‑first layouts using HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox and Grid), and modern JavaScript.
- Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and optimal performance on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to refine visual details, spacing, typography, and overall design consistency.
- Integrate frontend components with Laravel back‑end services, APIs, and database queries.
- Maintain a reusable component library to accelerate future development and enforce brand guidelines.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and visual regression testing, to guarantee high‑quality releases.
- Document technical decisions, component usage, and workflow guidelines for the broader development team.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging frontend technologies, design trends, and industry standards to continuously improve our product suite.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience as a Laravel developer.
- Strong proficiency in responsive design principles (mobile‑first approach).
- Hands‑on experience slicing designs from Figma into functional Laravel Blade templates with minimal revisions.
- Excellent visual sense: clean layout, consistent spacing, and proper typography.
- Solid understanding of core UI/UX concepts and the ability to translate them into intuitive user interfaces.
- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like SCSS), and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English.
- Educational background: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Nice to have: Completed at least two production‑level projects, a polished UI portfolio, and experience optimizing Blade templates for performance.
