Responsibilities

- Incorporate Islamic values into daily activities, including the proper recitation of Al‑Qur’an, ensuring that students develop both academic competence and spiritual awareness.
- Utilize creative teaching methods—games, storytelling, visual aids, and interactive technology—to make lessons enjoyable and memorable.
- Assess student progress through formative quizzes, projects, and summative examinations; provide timely feedback and individualized support where needed.
- Maintain accurate attendance, grade records, and parent‑teacher communication logs in accordance with school policies.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular clubs, field trips, and community service projects that enrich the students’ holistic growth.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, school counselors, and administrators to develop interdisciplinary units and address any learning challenges.
- Uphold the school’s code of conduct, modeling honesty, responsibility, and respectful behavior for students and staff alike.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops, staff meetings, and curriculum review sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1). Preference given to candidates with a degree in Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) or related education fields.
- Gender: Female, with a maximum age of 35 years.
- Professional appearance: Well‑groomed and presentable, reflecting the school’s high standards.
- Ability to read Al‑Qur’an fluently and integrate its teachings appropriately within the classroom.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English, enabling clear instruction and effective interaction with parents.
