Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, videos, and live streams) that aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing strategy.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Management team to showcase menus, promotions, and events, ensuring accurate representation of our offerings.
- Analyze Facebook Insights and other analytics tools to track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, click‑through rates, and conversion.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports that translate data into actionable recommendations for content optimization.
- Identify trends, hashtags, and emerging topics within the hospitality and F&B industry to keep the page fresh and relevant.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and photographers to produce high‑quality visual assets.
- Implement and oversee paid advertising campaigns, managing budgets, targeting, and ad‑creative testing.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management, ensuring swift, transparent, and brand‑consistent responses.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking to stay ahead of industry best practices and propose innovative ideas for audience growth.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience managing Facebook pages for a brand, preferably within the food & beverage or hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative and creative content that drives engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding small teams or cross‑functional projects.
- Excellent team spirit and a service‑oriented mindset, capable of collaborating with diverse departments.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring error‑free posts and accurate representation of products.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency with Facebook Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and social media analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of food and beverage management concepts is a distinct advantage.
- Flexible schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
