Introduction
We are seeking a proactive IT System Support Technician to join our dynamic corporate environment. The successful candidate will serve as the first line of defense for all hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring seamless daily operations across the organization. You will work closely with HR, finance, and operations teams, supporting the critical HRIS platform (Talenta) and maintaining the reliability of our corporate IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide first‑level helpdesk support via phone, email, and on‑site visits, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network incidents.
- Install, configure, and upgrade workstations, printers, and peripheral devices to meet company standards.
- Perform routine network troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN connectivity, switch and router configuration, and Wi‑Fi coverage optimization.
- Maintain and administer the HRIS platform (Talenta), handling employee account creation, data updates, and system permissions.
- Ensure accurate attendance tracking by managing the HRIS attendance module and resolving any data discrepancies.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on servers, backup solutions, and critical network equipment to minimize downtime.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and configuration changes in the ticketing system for knowledge‑base development.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflows, suggesting automation or process improvements where appropriate.
- Assist in IT projects such as software rollouts, security patch deployments, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend enhancements that align with business goals.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Age: 23‑30 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in IT support, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in hardware troubleshooting, operating system installation (Windows/Linux), software configuration, and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- HRIS Proficiency: Ability to operate and maintain Talenta or similar HR information systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong initiative, analytical problem‑solving, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Availability: Full‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00.
- Additional Skills (preferred): Knowledge of database administration, basic scripting (PowerShell/Bash), and familiarity with cybersecurity basics.
