Introduction
The Barista On The Road Mobile Service is a dynamic, customer‑focused role that brings high‑quality coffee and specialty beverages directly to clients across the Abepura area. As a mobile barista, you will operate a fully equipped coffee van, travel to scheduled locations, and create a welcoming experience that reflects our brand’s commitment to freshness, friendliness, and reliability. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso‑based drinks, cold brews, teas, and seasonal specialties in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety protocols, ensuring all equipment, utensils, and the mobile unit are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Manage inventory on the go: track coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other consumables, and report low stock to the operations manager for timely replenishment.
- Plan and follow daily routes, arriving on time at designated venues such as office complexes, markets, festivals, and community events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately, handling cash or digital payments, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Operate the motorbike safely, adhering to local traffic laws and parking regulations, and ensure the vehicle is maintained (fuel, tire pressure, basic checks) before each shift.
- Document daily sales, cash drawer totals, and any incidents in the mobile service log and submit reports to the supervisory team.
- Assist with promotional activities, product sampling, and gathering customer feedback to help improve the menu and service experience.
- Collaborate with the central kitchen and support staff to ensure consistency in beverage preparation and brand presentation.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving, such as handling equipment malfunctions or unexpected weather conditions while maintaining service continuity.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 25 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Marital status: Must be single (unmarried).
- Appearance: Clean, neat, attractive, and professional presentation at all times.
- Legal documents: Possession of a valid KTP (Indonesian identity card) and residency in Abepura.
- Transportation: Ability to safely operate a motorbike and a valid driving license.
- Core skills: Basic barista techniques, knowledge of coffee preparation, and the ability to learn advanced brewing methods.
- Soft skills: Honesty, friendliness, strong communication, time‑management, adaptability to varying work environments, and a customer‑first mindset.
- Availability: Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
