Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Petugas Promosi Penjualan Badung to join our growing sales team in the vibrant Badung region. This role is pivotal in driving product visibility, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will act as the frontline ambassador of our brand, ensuring that our products are prominently displayed, efficiently stocked, and actively promoted to both B2B and B2C clients.

Responsibilities

  • Place and manage product orders to maintain optimal stock levels in the warehouse.
  • Oversee the arrangement and presentation of product displays, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and attract customer attention.
  • Engage directly with customers, presenting product features, benefits, and promotional offers to stimulate sales.
  • Accurately record daily transactions, sales figures, and overall turnover using the company’s POS system.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports to management, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Complete warranty registration cards for sold items and promptly address any customer complaints or post‑sale issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement B2B and B2C promotional campaigns, tailoring approaches to different client segments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, conducting regular inventory audits.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff or temporary helpers on display standards and customer interaction techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 35 years or younger.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales promotion, retail, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey product value to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and inventory management abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and a customer‑centric mindset.
