Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Auditor Barang dan Persediaan to join our dynamic logistics and supply‑chain team. This role is critical for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and supporting operational efficiency across our warehouse network. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory items and reconcile differences with the ERP system.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting variances, potential losses, and recommendations for corrective action.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to verify receipts, issue notes, and stock transfers.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and internal control procedures related to inventory management.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies, such as misplaced, damaged, or obsolete goods, and propose preventive measures.
- Assist in the implementation of cycle‑count programs and periodic full‑stock audits.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on proper counting techniques and documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of audit findings, supporting evidence, and follow‑up actions in the company’s digital repository.
- Work under tight deadlines and high‑pressure situations, especially during month‑end and year‑end closing periods.
- Continuously improve audit processes by adopting best practices and leveraging new technologies such as barcode scanners and inventory management software.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in inventory auditing, stock control, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Proven capability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Excel, inventory management systems) and willingness to learn advanced tools.
