Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Admin Logistik Umum to join our dynamic operations team in South Tangerang (Kota Tangerang Selatan). This role is critical for maintaining the flow of goods, ensuring that every inbound and outbound shipment is accurately recorded, archived, and easily retrievable. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of administrative experience in a logistics environment, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and possess a personal laptop to support flexible work arrangements. Responsibilities
- Maintain precise logs of all incoming and outgoing inventory, updating the central database in real time.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and suppliers to verify quantities, condition of goods, and delivery schedules.
- Archive physical and electronic documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movements, discrepancies, and turnover rates for management review.
- Conduct regular reconciliations between physical counts and system records to detect and resolve variances.
- Support the procurement team by providing up‑to‑date inventory status for purchase planning.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and chart generation to identify trends and improve logistics efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of digital archiving solutions, transitioning from manual filing to electronic document management systems.
- Provide prompt and courteous communication to internal departments and external partners regarding shipment status and documentation needs.
- Continuously seek process improvement opportunities, suggesting automation or workflow enhancements to reduce manual effort.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with a diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field are also welcome.
- Age: up to 35 years.
- Gender: open to all.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative or logistics support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Own a reliable laptop and have basic knowledge of internet-based collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills, high accuracy, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle both digital and physical archives with meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and ability to join the team immediately.
