Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily kitchen activities, including preparation schedules, equipment usage, and workflow assignments.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards across all kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with local health regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of kitchen tools, appliances, and storage facilities to verify proper operation and safety.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of raw materials, cleaning supplies, and disposables; report shortages to the kitchen manager.
- Support the training and supervision of junior staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily cleaning activities, equipment maintenance, and any incidents or deviations from standard procedures.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to schedule deliveries, verify product quality, and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Implement waste‑reduction initiatives and promote sustainable practices such as proper recycling and composting.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to any guest or staff concerns related to kitchen operations or cleanliness.

Requirements
- Age: 18‑23 years old.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; active university students are encouraged to apply.
