Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Crew Kitchen Operations Team. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of food preparation, safety, and service that our customers expect. As a member of the kitchen crew, you will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with chefs, fellow kitchen staff, and service personnel to deliver delicious meals consistently.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and execute basic knife cuts, ensuring uniformity and adherence to recipe specifications.
- Assist in cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with local health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Operate kitchen appliances such as ovens, grills, fryers, and mixers safely and efficiently.
- Support shift changes by communicating order status, special requests, and any equipment issues.
- Participate in daily briefings to align on menu updates, special promotions, and safety protocols.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by showing respect, flexibility, and a willingness to help colleagues during busy periods.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Female candidates up to 28 years old; all genders are welcome for other positions.
- Experience: At least 1‑2 years of hands‑on kitchen experience, preferably in a commercial or restaurant setting.
- Skills: Proficient basic knife skills, ability to follow recipes accurately, and familiarity with standard kitchen equipment.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with shift rotation as needed.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork orientation, good communication, time‑management, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and handle repetitive motions safely.
