Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the visual presentation of merchandise, ensuring displays are stocked, tidy, and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and assist with receiving and unloading deliveries.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and back‑of‑house areas clean and orderly, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and promote special offers.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies.
- Assist in loss‑prevention activities, such as monitoring for shoplifting and ensuring proper security procedures.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, stock issues, and opportunities for store improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age limit.
- At least 0 years of prior retail or sales experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Demonstrated ability to serve customers quickly and courteously.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in product displays and store cleanliness.
- Basic proficiency with a retail management system or willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 07:00 to 20:00, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
