Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Petugas Pemasaran Kredit to join our growing financial services team in Pariaman. This role serves as the front‑line ambassador of our credit products, connecting with both existing and prospective customers to drive loan acquisition and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of integrity, excellent communication skills, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining rigorous documentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Promote and present the company’s portfolio of credit products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet individual financial needs.
- Generate orders through various distribution channels, capturing initial customer data accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough verification of customer information, assemble required documentation, and process credit applications in accordance with internal policies.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and clear decisions to dealers and customers.
- Communicate repayment schedules, payment locations, and any additional terms to ensure customers are fully informed of their obligations.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and risk management teams to resolve any discrepancies or additional information requests.
- Maintain a detailed record of interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, share market insights, and suggest improvements to product offerings based on customer feedback.
- Travel within the designated territory using a personal vehicle, adhering to a schedule that maximizes customer reach while respecting work‑life balance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher, any field of study.
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- Open to fresh graduates; however, at least 1 year of experience in a similar credit marketing role is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A/C) and ownership of a reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and adapt to the placement location based on domicile.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or loan processing software is preferred.
