Introduction

This position plays a pivotal role in expanding our consumer loan portfolio by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers. Responsibilities

  • Proactively search for new loan applicants through cold calling, networking events, community outreach, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs‑analysis interviews, presenting appropriate card loan solutions that match each client’s financial situation.
  • Guide applicants through the complete loan application process, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Attend mandatory training sessions, achieve performance targets, and share best practices with peers.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, risk management, and marketing teams to streamline the loan approval cycle.
  • Provide timely and professional post‑sale support, addressing any questions, repayment issues, or product upgrades.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting consumer credit.
  • Generate regular activity reports and forecast pipeline metrics for management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or S1 preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer service (experience in SPG/SPB, retail sales, or banking is a plus).
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, well‑presented appearance.
  • Ability to work on a shift basis (including early mornings or evenings) to meet customer needs.
  • Open to candidates who are currently pursuing higher education (part‑time or online arrangements available).
  • Demonstrated discipline, reliability, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
