Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Koordinator Administrasi Penjualan (Sales Administration Coordinator) to join our growing retail team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between the sales floor, inventory management, and the back‑office, ensuring that our store operates smoothly, stock levels are accurate, and customers receive attentive service. Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall appearance and orderliness of the store, guaranteeing a welcoming environment for customers.
- Monitor and control stock levels daily, performing regular cycle counts and reconciling any discrepancies.
- Conduct a comprehensive stock audit at the end of each month, preparing detailed reports for management review.
- Process incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and update inventory records using Microsoft Office and specialized inventory software.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing information, and purchase transactions while delivering courteous and professional service.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to forecast demand, plan replenishment, and support promotional activities.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports, highlighting trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling, documentation, and data confidentiality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory control and suggest efficient workflow enhancements.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current with product knowledge, retail technologies, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales support, or inventory administration.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to adapt quickly to new applications.
- Excellent numerical skills for accurate stock counting and report generation.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with overall store objectives.
- Flexibility to work the scheduled shift of 09:30 – 09:45 and adapt to any changes in work hours as needed.
