The role is based in Jember and involves working across multiple branches on a rotating shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately, process payments, and handle cash transactions with honesty and attention to detail.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the outlet, including regular table setting, floor sweeping, and waste management.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of menu items, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Install and inspect LPG gas cylinders when required, following safety protocols and reporting any irregularities.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables and supplies, notifying the store manager of low stock or discrepancies.
- Support promotional activities, upselling specials, and ensuring that marketing materials are correctly displayed.
- Participate in shift handovers, providing clear reports on sales figures, cash balance, and any operational issues.
- Travel between outlets in the Jember area using a personal vehicle, adapting quickly to different team environments.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills through on‑the‑job training and coaching sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- All genders are welcome; preference given to candidates who are currently unmarried.
- Professional appearance: neat, well‑groomed, and presentable.
- Basic ability to install LPG gas cylinders (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to serve customers.
- Honest, meticulous, and reliable in handling cash and financial records.
- Motivated to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities within the outlet.
- Own a reliable motorbike or car for inter‑branch travel.
- Willingness to work 8‑hour shifts, including rotating schedules from Monday to Saturday (08:00‑17:00) and occasional shift exchanges.
- Ability to adapt to rolling shifts across different Frizfoodie locations in Jember.
