AmarthaLink is expanding its footprint across the Indramayu region and is seeking a dynamic Agent Partner Sales Acquisition professional to drive growth through the recruitment and development of new agents. This role is pivotal in building a robust network of partners who will represent AmarthaLink’s innovative financial services platform. The successful candidate will combine strong sales acumen with excellent interpersonal skills to achieve acquisition targets while ensuring agents receive comprehensive support and training.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new AmarthaLink agents in alignment with monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct engaging presentations and workshops to educate prospective agents on the benefits, features, and operational mechanisms of AmarthaLink services.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with agents to foster high satisfaction and seamless daily operations.
- Provide hands‑on training and ongoing mentorship covering system usage, product knowledge, and best‑practice sales techniques.
- Monitor agents’ transaction volumes and performance metrics, offering corrective guidance to maintain optimal activity levels.
- Analyze market potential, competitor activity, and regional trends to formulate strategic expansion plans.
- Prepare and submit regular reports summarizing acquisition activities, agent performance, and market insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, product, and operations—to align agent initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Maintain a well‑organized pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and ensure accurate data entry in spreadsheets.
- Travel within the assigned territory to conduct field visits, attend local events, and represent AmarthaLink in community engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or equivalent.
- At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding agent recruitment targets.
- Strong command of the assigned geographic area and familiarity with local market dynamics.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and possess a valid SIM C driving license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication etiquette, persuasive selling ability, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
