We are seeking a dedicated Full‑Time Kitchen Crew Member (Cook) to join our fast‑growing cloud kitchen operation in Jakarta, Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes, with a primary focus on pasta and rice‑bowl menus, while adhering to strict food safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate pasta dishes, rice bowls, and other menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain consistent portion control and taste profiles to ensure every dish meets the brand’s quality expectations.
- Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff, front‑of‑house teammates, and management to guarantee seamless service flow.
- Assist in setting up and executing off‑site catering events or pop‑up locations when required.
- Track inventory levels, record daily usage, and report any discrepancies or waste to the kitchen supervisor.
- Execute thorough cleaning and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and storage areas at the start and end of each shift.
- Monitor food safety protocols, including temperature controls, cross‑contamination prevention, and proper labeling of ingredients.
- Participate in regular kitchen briefings, providing feedback on recipe improvements, workflow efficiencies, and customer preferences.
- Support the development of new menu items by testing recipes, suggesting ingredient substitutions, and assisting in taste panels.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrating honesty, punctuality, and respect for colleagues and customers alike.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 – 3 years of hands‑on experience as a Cook, preferably in establishments that specialize in pasta, Asian rice bowls, or similar quick‑service concepts.
- Certification or formal training in food safety and hygiene is a strong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic cloud‑kitchen environment that may require occasional overtime or weekend shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities, ensuring timely preparation of orders during peak periods.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and handle repetitive kitchen tasks.

- Flexibility to adapt to menu changes, new equipment, and evolving operational procedures.
