  • Maximum age: 33 years (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, credit underwriting, loan collection, or micro‑finance (experience with Grameen‑style institutions is highly valued).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Possession of a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for field visits.
  • High integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and a resilient, disciplined work ethic.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email) and familiarity with CRM or loan management software is advantageous.

  • Performance‑based incentives and commissions tied to loan disbursement and collection targets.
  • Comprehensive social security coverage: BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and statutory THR.
  • Accidental insurance and additional health benefits to safeguard you and your family.
  • Professional development opportunities, including training on financial products, sales techniques, and leadership skills.
  • Dynamic, purpose‑driven work culture that emphasizes social impact and teamwork.
  • Standard working hours: Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with a clear work‑life balance.
