Responsibilities

- Perform insertion and removal of intra‑uterine devices (IUD) and contraceptive implants, documenting each procedure accurately in the electronic health record.
- Conduct health education sessions on family planning, nutrition, and newborn care, tailoring messages to diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and laboratory staff to coordinate multidisciplinary care plans and referrals.
- Maintain meticulous patient charts, update medical histories, and generate routine reports using Microsoft Office and hospital information systems.
- Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, such as infection‑control audits and patient‑satisfaction surveys.
- Respond promptly to emergency obstetric situations, assisting in stabilizing patients and preparing them for higher‑level care if needed.
- Support community outreach programs, including mobile clinic visits and health fairs, to promote reproductive health awareness in the Padang region.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 27 years or younger (maximum age requirement as specified).
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Midwifery (Kebidanan) from a recognized institution.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) license valid in Indonesia.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, though prior experience with IUD and implant procedures is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy for electronic documentation.
- Strong teamwork abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to build trust with patients and colleagues.

- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Padang, ensuring reliable attendance for the Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
