Responsibilities
- Proactively search for new borrower prospects in the Indramayu Kedokan Bunder area, presenting Amartha’s micro‑loan products and encouraging participation.
- Provide household economic coaching to existing members, helping them manage finances, improve cash flow, and achieve sustainable growth.
- Conduct field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, verifying documentation against Amartha’s policies, risk criteria, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed credit assessment reports and present findings to the underwriting team for final approval.
- Execute the collection process, following up on repayment schedules, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
- Maintain a daily activity log and submit progress reports to the regional manager, highlighting successes, challenges, and market insights.
- Participate in community events, local market days, and outreach programs to raise awareness of Amartha’s mission and services.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols while working in the field, including the proper use of personal protective equipment when required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years as stipulated by the posting).
- Gender: Open to all genders; preference may be given to female candidates to align with community dynamics.
- Own a reliable motorcycle or car for daily travel to client locations.
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, meticulousness, and strong communication skills. Ability to remain resilient under pressure and disciplined in following procedures.
- Willingness to work on‑site every day, typically Monday through Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Basic proficiency in digital tools for data entry, mobile applications, and reporting; prior experience in micro‑finance, sales, or community outreach is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical mindset to evaluate loan eligibility, assess repayment capacity, and identify potential risk factors.
