Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Operasional Kitchen to join our fast‑growing food and beverage (F&B) operation. This role is pivotal in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, meets high standards of food safety, and delivers an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily kitchen activities, including preparation, cooking, plating, and service, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain staff schedules, manage shift rotations, and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, and equipment; place orders and conduct regular stock audits to minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen crew members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Collaborate with the head chef and menu development team to introduce new dishes, optimize recipes, and control food costs.
- Handle equipment maintenance schedules, troubleshoot minor malfunctions, and coordinate repairs with vendors.
- Prepare daily operational reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order turnaround time, waste percentages, and labor efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any operational issues that arise during the shift, ensuring swift resolution.
- Support special events, catering orders, and promotional activities by adjusting staffing and workflow as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.

- At least 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a kitchen supervisory or coordination role.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with staff and management.
- Not currently enrolled in an academic program; full availability for shift work, including weekends.
- Strong motivation and a professional attitude toward consistent, high‑quality work.
- Competence in operating standard kitchen equipment and basic maintenance procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
