Responsibilities
- Promote and sell cash‑funded motor financing packages to prospective customers through direct outreach, inbound inquiries, and referral networks.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and verify the authenticity of credit documents, including identity proofs, income statements, and vehicle registration papers.
- Maintain accurate and timely entry of loan applications into the company’s credit management system, ensuring every field complies with internal policies.
- Develop and nurture strong working relationships with third‑party partners such as agents, mediators, and brokers, scheduling regular meetings and follow‑ups to sustain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Monitor the booking process from initial contact to loan disbursement, taking ownership of targets for both volume and quality of approved applications.
- Provide regular status updates to the regional sales manager, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Adhere to all compliance guidelines, including anti‑money‑laundering (AML) protocols and data‑privacy regulations, to protect both the company and customers.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and field coaching to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA), Vocational High School (SMK), or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, retail, or financial services.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and willingness to work on a mobile basis, covering the Tangerang and surrounding regions.
- Maximum age of 45 years; all genders are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with customers and partners.
- Basic administrative competence – comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM tools, and mobile data entry applications.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of managing time effectively while working independently.
- Resides within reasonable commuting distance to the Kantor Kutabumi office (domicile placement required).
