Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Accounting Staff member to join our fast‑growing finance team. This position is responsible for the day‑to‑day financial operations that keep our business running smoothly, from processing invoices to supporting marketing budget analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, demonstrate strong ethical standards, and thrive in both independent and collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipts, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter‑company balances on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and verify supporting documentation for expense reports, purchase orders, and sales invoices.
  • Assist in the month‑end closing process by compiling trial balances, journal entries, and variance analyses.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to track campaign budgets, forecast spend, and report on ROI.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries comply with company policies and Indonesian GAAP.
  • Respond to internal and external audit inquiries, providing requested documentation and explanations.
  • Support senior accountants in preparing financial statements, management reports, and tax filings.
  • Monitor cash flow, flagging any discrepancies or potential issues for senior management.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process automation and workflow enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; preference for a professional who can work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Entry‑level experience (0+ years) in accounting; prior exposure to marketing finance is a plus.
  • Demonstrated honesty, diligence, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to team objectives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
