This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations in our high‑volume plastic manufacturing plant located in Waru, Sidoarjo. The successful candidate will be a motivated female professional, aged between 22 and 35, with at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) and a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring that all equipment runs within specified parameters.
- Conduct routine checks of temperature, pressure, and speed settings to guarantee product quality and consistency.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor adjustments, to reduce downtime.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment malfunctions promptly to the maintenance team.
- Document production data, including output counts, waste levels, and any deviations from standard operating procedures.
- Assist in material handling, loading raw polymers and unloading finished goods while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and quality control personnel to meet daily production targets.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S principles and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Support shift handover by providing clear and concise reports to incoming team members.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this position).
- Age: 22 – 35 years old (maximum 40 years).
- Experience: At least 1 year in a manufacturing setting, preferably in a plastic production facility. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Availability: Willingness to work a rotating three‑shift schedule (including night shifts).
- Key Skills: Quick adaptation to new equipment, strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Personal Attributes: High motivation, strong work ethic, disciplined attitude, and a sense of responsibility toward team goals.
- Language: Basic proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus for reading technical manuals.
