Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and serve all menu items, adhering to Wingstop’s portion standards and timing guidelines.
- Deliver the Excellent Service program by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all equipment, workstations, and dining areas throughout each shift.
- Follow strict Food Safety and Operational procedures, including proper hand‑washing, temperature checks, and safe storage practices.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, cashiers, and managers to meet service speed targets and handle peak‑hour demand.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any equipment issues to management promptly.
- Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage service or a related hospitality role.
- All genders are welcome; no age limit as long as the candidate meets the physical demands of the job.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and teammates.
- Demonstrated teamwork, reliability, and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Physical fitness and mental resilience to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and manage a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Readiness to be assigned to any Wingstop location within the Lampung area.
