Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic Bar Staff – Penanggung Jawab Layanan Minuman to join our vibrant team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and non‑alcoholic cocktails, following standardized recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar station, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Handle cash transactions, process orders through POS systems, and ensure accurate billing.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and communicate replenishment needs to the supervisor.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, taking orders, answering menu questions, and providing recommendations.
- Uphold the establishment’s grooming standards and dress code, presenting a polished appearance at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to coordinate order flow and ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new beverage trends, equipment operation, and service techniques.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional displays and seasonal menu items, contributing creative ideas when appropriate.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment and chemicals.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, a passion for the beverage industry and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Skills: Basic barista skills, ability to operate coffee machines and grinders, and a good grasp of hygiene standards.
- Personal Attributes: Well‑groomed, strong communication skills, positive attitude, responsible, and attractive presence.
- Financial Integrity: No involvement with predatory lending (Judol) or illegal loan practices (Pinjol).
- Availability: Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
