As a Sales Officer, you will be the frontline ambassador of Adira Finance’s product portfolio, engaging both existing and prospective customers. You will play a crucial role in generating new business, managing the end‑to‑end credit application process, and ensuring a seamless experience for our dealers and end‑users. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adira Finance’s financial products to both existing and new customers across the Jabodetabek‑Serang market.
- Identify and secure orders from channel distribution partners, conducting initial data collection and verification.
- Prepare, review, and complete all required customer documentation and credit applications in compliance with internal policies.
- Track the progress of credit applications, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status.
- Communicate payment terms, due dates, and location of payment, ensuring customers are fully informed of their obligations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and transaction details using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the credit, underwriting, and operations teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the sales cycle.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the branch.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay updated on new offerings and industry trends.
- Represent Adira Finance at industry events, roadshows, and community outreach programs to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 from any field of study; recent graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or credit‑related role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Demonstrated sales orientation, with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Familiarity with B2C sales management, credit assessment processes, and basic financial products.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
