Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Staff of Public Relations and Marketing to join our fast‑growing team. This role is pivotal in shaping the company’s public image, driving brand awareness, and supporting sales initiatives across multiple channels. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated PR and marketing plans that align with corporate objectives and seasonal campaigns.
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, newsletters, and blog posts to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Manage relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry analysts, securing earned media coverage and interview opportunities.
- Coordinate and promote corporate events, product launches, webinars, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor social media platforms, respond to audience inquiries, and cultivate online communities while tracking sentiment and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create promotional materials, case studies, and sales enablement tools.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Prepare regular performance reports, presenting key insights to senior management and adjusting tactics based on data.
- Maintain brand guidelines, ensuring visual and verbal consistency across all communication channels.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
