Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Teknisi Penataan Rak Gudang (Warehouse Rack Technician) to join our fast‑growing logistics team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining an orderly, safe, and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring that products are stored correctly and can be accessed quickly for dispatch. This position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule with a supportive work atmosphere and on‑site mess facilities.
Responsibilities
- Organize and arrange pallet racks, shelving units, and storage zones according to the company’s layout plan.
- Conduct regular inspections of rack integrity, reporting any damage or safety hazards to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist in receiving inbound shipments, verifying quantities, and placing items on the appropriate racks.
- Prepare outbound orders by locating, picking, and staging items for loading.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) and perform periodic cycle counts.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to optimize space utilization and reduce product handling time.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques.
- Participate in regular housekeeping tasks to keep aisles clear and the work environment tidy.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Perempuan)
- Age: 17 – 30 years
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Professional appearance: Neat, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Teamwork: Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse team of warehouse staff.
- Personal attributes: Discipline, honesty, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Availability of on‑site mess facilities (TERSEDIA MESS) for meals.
- Basic computer literacy, especially familiarity with a store management system.
- Willingness to work the scheduled hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
