Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and professional Barista to join our vibrant coffee shop team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, pour‑over, cold brew, and specialty beverages, following standardized recipes.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee‑making equipment, ensuring daily cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences, recommend menu items, and provide personalized service that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions accurately, handle cash, and process credit card payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to health and safety regulations, and performing regular inventory checks.
- Collaborate with team members to restock supplies, prepare pastries, and support overall store operations during peak hours.
- Monitor product quality, ensuring consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation for every beverage served.
- Provide training and mentorship to new staff members, sharing best practices for drink preparation and customer interaction.
- Collect and act on customer feedback, reporting any recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.
- Participate in promotional events, seasonal menu roll‑outs, and community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or equivalent) qualification.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a focus on maturity and professionalism.

- Experience: At least 0 years of barista experience; however, demonstrated enthusiasm for coffee culture is essential.
