Responsibilities
- Process all sales transactions accurately using the POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Assist customers by providing detailed product information, answering inquiries, and guiding purchase decisions.
- Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, and ensure that the store layout follows visual merchandising standards.
- Uphold store cleanliness by regularly tidying aisles, counters, and storage areas to create a safe and pleasant shopping atmosphere.
- Perform upselling and cross‑selling techniques, recommending complementary items to increase average basket size.
- Apply professional grooming standards and warm greetings, reinforcing a welcoming brand image.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, reconcile daily sales, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with teammates to handle peak periods, stock deliveries, and promotional events.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and inventory needs to assist management in ordering decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven retail or sales experience, preferably in a similar attendant role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic POS system operation.
- Strong interpersonal skills: honest, detail‑oriented, collaborative, quick‑thinking, and accountable.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and national holidays.
