Responsibilities

- Accurately take, record, and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Present dishes and drinks promptly, checking for correctness and quality before service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, chairs, and service equipment throughout the shift.
- Assist with cash handling, processing payments, and issuing receipts when required.
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff and cashiers to ensure smooth order flow and timely service.
- Proactively suggest additional menu items or promotions to increase average ticket size (upselling).
- Monitor stock levels of tableware, condiments, and service supplies, reporting shortages to the manager.
- Participate in shift handover meetings, providing clear updates on guest feedback and any operational issues.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and company standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a front‑of‑house or service role within the F&B sector.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
