Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome every customer with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a warm first impression.
  • Accurately take, record, and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen, ensuring special requests are noted.
  • Present dishes and drinks promptly, checking for correctness and quality before service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, chairs, and service equipment throughout the shift.
  • Assist with cash handling, processing payments, and issuing receipts when required.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff and cashiers to ensure smooth order flow and timely service.
  • Proactively suggest additional menu items or promotions to increase average ticket size (upselling).
  • Monitor stock levels of tableware, condiments, and service supplies, reporting shortages to the manager.
  • Participate in shift handover meetings, providing clear updates on guest feedback and any operational issues.
  • Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and company standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a front‑of‑house or service role within the F&B sector.
  • All genders are welcome; candidates should present a neat, clean appearance.
  • Strong communication skills, politeness, and a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic numeracy for handling cash transactions and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Team‑player mindset with the ability to collaborate across kitchen and service teams.
  • Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
