We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Kebersihan Kantor (Office Cleaning Officer) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of office spaces, conference rooms, restrooms, and common areas to meet company hygiene standards.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, ensuring all surfaces are free of dust, debris, and spills.
- Empty trash bins, replace liners, and manage recycling according to environmental policies.
- Clean and disinfect high‑touch surfaces such as door handles, elevator buttons, and shared equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, request replenishment, and ensure proper storage of chemicals.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unusual incidents to the facilities supervisor promptly.
- Assist with occasional deep‑cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and post‑event cleanup.
Requirements
- Male candidates only; gender requirement as per client specification.
- Maximum age of 45 years (candidates up to 50 years will be considered with relevant experience).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in office or retail cleaning.
- Physical strength to handle lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a tidy, disciplined, and responsible manner.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to follow established cleaning standards.
- Retail environment experience is preferred, as it provides familiarity with high‑traffic areas.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to understand instructions and report issues clearly.
- Commitment to health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning equipment and personal protective gear.
