- Guide clients through posing, expression, and wardrobe choices to achieve the desired look while maintaining a comfortable, professional atmosphere.
- Conduct a thorough quality check of all images before they proceed to post‑production, printing, or digital delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio space, regularly inspecting and servicing equipment to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with the retouching team to provide clear notes for post‑processing and ensure final assets match client expectations.
- Stay current with emerging photography trends, new camera technologies, and lighting techniques to continually raise the studio’s creative standards.
- Assist in developing and updating visual style guides, SOP documentation, and client briefing materials.
- Participate in weekly planning meetings to align shooting schedules with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Provide occasional on‑site support for external events or location shoots as required.
