Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Equipment Engineering Team Leader to join our fast‑growing operations and drive the digital transformation of our maintenance processes. This role blends technical data analysis, dashboard creation, and strategic leadership to ensure our equipment assets operate at peak efficiency. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the AEMAR Summary visual dashboard, providing real‑time visibility into equipment health, downtime, and performance metrics.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for digitalization, delivering clear recommendations and focused action plans.
- Lead a small team of junior analysts and engineers, delegating tasks, mentoring staff, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with maintenance supervisors to integrate data‑driven insights into daily work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Support the organization’s data quality initiatives by establishing validation rules, cleaning procedures, and documentation standards.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress toward digital transformation goals.
- Stay current with industry best practices in equipment reliability, IoT sensor integration, and predictive analytics, applying new techniques where appropriate.
- Coordinate with IT to ensure secure data pipelines, proper system integration, and reliable data storage solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote data literacy across the maintenance workforce.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates currently pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field are strongly preferred.
- Experience: While prior professional experience is not mandatory, internships, academic projects, or extracurricular involvement in data analysis or equipment maintenance are valuable.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
- Understanding of equipment maintenance concepts and key performance metrics.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem‑solving ability and analytical mindset.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to translate technical findings into actionable business language.
- Leadership potential with a collaborative approach to team development.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
